My passion began in 2004 when I took a watercolour workshop with Frank Aeylets. After joining the Sackville Art Group I was able to improve my painting and drawing skills. I took many workshops with professional artists and now give lessons myself. I work in soft pastel along with watercolour.
I am a founding member of the Tidnish Bridge Art Gallery but had to step away when I moved to the Eastern Shore. There, in 2015, I started the Old School Art Gallery which I ran for 4 years. Now that I have moved to Truro, and spend time at my cottage in Port Howe, I am able to once again be part of the Tidnish Bridge Art Gallery.
